9TH CHANCERY VISITATION SCHEDULE

WEEKEND VISITATION:  The Father shall have weekend visitation every other weekend beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Friday and ending at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.

HOLIDAY VISITATION:  The Father shall have periods of visitation with the minor child(ren) on holidays on alternating years beginning year 2021.  The designation of alternating years is determined by the last two digits of the calendar year, i.e., the year “2021” is an odd numbered year and the year “2022” is an even numbered year.  Visitation shall take place as follows:

HOLIDAY VISITATION:  

Holiday visitation commences at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 6 p.m. except for Christmas Holidays and Spring Break.

CHRISTMAS:  On the Even Year, the Mother shall have visitation commencing at 6:00 p.m. on December 24th, to 2:00 p.m. on December 25th and again from 6:00 p.m. on December 28 to 2:00 p.m. on January 1st.  On the Odd Year, the Mother shall have visitation commencing at 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on December 28th and on January 1st at 2:00 p.m.

SPRING BREAK:  When the child(ren) become(s) of school age, the Father shall have the minor child(ren)’s Spring Break beginning following the release of school for the break at 6:00 p.m. and ending the following Sunday before school reconvenes at 6:00 p.m. during odd-numbered years.

SUMMERS:  Father shall have visitation with the minor child(ren) two (2) two-week periods during the summer.  Unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties, the first two-week period shall be the first two (2) weeks in June, beginning the first Saturday in June at 6:00 p.m. and ending the third Saturday in June at 6:00 p.m.  The second two-week period shall be the last two (2) weeks in July, beginning the second Saturday in July at 6:00 p.m. and ending the fourth Saturday in July at 6:00 p.m. 

CHILD’S BIRTHDAY:  The Father shall spend two (2) hours with the child(ren) for their respective birthdays if the parties cannot agree on a birthday event together and the child’s birthday does not fall on the non-custodial parent’s weekend.  If the child’s birthday falls on the weekend of the non-custodial parent’s visitation then the Mother shall spend two (2) hours with the child for the child’s birthday if the parties cannot agree on a birthday event together.

FAMILY TRIPS AND VACATIONS:  The parties should work together to ensure that the minor child(ren) has the benefit of the parties extended family.  If the parties are planning a family trip or vacation and said visitation could possibly occur on a day other than a scheduled visitation.

SPECIAL DAYS:

MOTHER’S DAY: Mother shall have the minor child(ren) every Mother’s Day regardless of who has paramount custody and regardless of whose weekend this day falls on. 

FATHER’S DAY:  Father shall have the minor child(ren) every Father’s Day regardless of who has paramount custody and regardless of whose weekend this day falls on.  

TELEPHONIC VISITATION:  The Father is entitled to at least two (2) weekly telephone contacts with the minor child(ren) at his expense.

OTHER: 

1.    The parties should be responsible for transportation during the visitation periods, considering meeting at a halfway point between residences.

2.    The Husband shall have other additional periods of visitation with the child(ren) as the parties may mutually agree.

3.    When there is a conflict between a holiday visitation and a regular weekend, the holiday visitation shall take precedence and the regular weekend visitation shall not be made up.

4.    During each visitation, the child(ren) shall be fed proper meals and all reasonable steps should be taken to ensure the safety of the child(ren).

5.    During each visitation, it is the responsibility of the parent whose care and custody the child(ren) are in that proper clothing be provided.

6.    Neither parent should speak or act in a derogatory or disrespectful manner concerning the other parent.  Further, both parents should strongly urge their families to treat the other parent and families with respect.  Neither parent shall use the child(ren) to transmit information, that includes but not limited to changes in visitation, child support arrears, payment problems) between the parents.  Both parents shall refrain from discussing adult matters and conflicts with the child(ren).  The child(ren) have a right to love both parents and neither parent should interfere with that relationship.

7.     The parties shall not be obligated to wait more than thirty (30) minutes unless the parties have given prior notice or unless the parties have previously agreed to the same.

8.    The Father shall give seventy-two (72) hour notice to the Mother of his intentions to take the minor child out of state or overnight trips.
