Ex  parte Matters

Ex parte matters are held every Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. unless the court is unavailable.  Please contact the Court Administrator, Kimberly Williams to set up an ex parte matter.

To set all other matters on the court’s docket, please contact the Court Administrator and thereafter forward an Order/Agreed Order Setting Hearing within 24 hours of acquiring a date. 

Child Support Matters

Humphreys County, held the first Wednesday of each month

Sunflower County, held the first Thursday of each month

Youth Court Matters

All youth court hearings other than Detention and Shelter Hearings are held, the second Tuesday of each month in Humphreys County and the second, third, fourth, and fifth Wednesdays of each month in Sunflower County.  Youth court proceedings are CONFIDENTIAL and not opened to the public.
